The brand
Founded in 1953, EDAC is a market leading metal construction company in its sector developed by the DEYA Group.
With over 65 years of experience in steel processing, the EDAC brand works with a complete range of metal frames, sliding frame systems and scaffolding platforms.
Production site
All products are designed, developed and manufactured in France, 95% of which are from our Crèche production unit (79).
Regular investment in the production site and continuous improvement of industrial flows make it possible to meet the needs of today and tomorrow and to continuously improve service levels whilst ensuring consistent manufacturing and controlled costs.

Environment
EDAC has been developing a global environmental approach for more than 10 years.
An HSE function (Health and Safety Environment) has been exclusively dedicated to this.
Several actions have been implemented to reduce the impact on the environment:
Short market circuiting of goods and services is preferred.
- Labelling all of our products as efficiency grade A and A+: Low emissions of VOC (volatile organic compounds), below 3%.
- COD rates (Chemical Oxygen Demand) 3 times lower than the regulatory limits.
- Selective sorting of waste
- Commitment to reduce the Carbon footprint (decrease in raw material fall rates), etc.
Certification & standards
EDAC products are in line with the current standards in force in the various European countries.
The NF 096 standard ensures compliance with standards throughout the manufacturing process. This allows the NF marking to be affixed according to your Specifications.
Material specifications are checked as soon as they are received (CCPU 3.1B).
A material batch number is then assigned to each part which will be monitored throughout the manufacturing cycle until the end of the product's life.
A computer record of the traceability of each component is kept for a minimum period of 10 years.
